Welcome to Freedom Thru Fitness by FITvirtas. If you are looking to get as lean as possible and build muscle, this is the program for you. I am going to give you the same framework that has sculpted my body and helped me achieve the physique I have today.

If you’ve been following me on social media you know that I take a no nonsense approach to my training. No gimmicks, no shortcuts!! I use scientifically proven methods that I personally have tested to train to stay in shape year round. No BS.

What you are getting is the EXACT training program that I personally developed and follow customized to meet your specific needs..

  • What is Freedom Thru Fitness?
    Freedom Thru Fitness is a nutrition, strength, and conditioning program specifically designed to transform your body, develop muscle, and keep you lean 365 days a year! At the end of this program you will have the FREEDOM to do whatever you want without any physical limitations! My program is more than just some short term workout and nutrition plan. It is a simple and sustainable lifestyle change that once implemented breaks down all barriers or limitations that you thought previously existed! I have been using and further developing this program for over the last 15 years to keep myself consistently in the best shape possible. It is not a 6-week shred or a 12-week transformation. As someone who has been doing this for more than 15 years I can tell you first hand that short-term plans may work temporarily, but they don’t last. If you’re looking for a quick-fix program, then this program is not for you. If you are ready to commit the time and effort to an intense plan that emphasizes lifetime fitness and combines traditional protocols with outside-the-box exercises and training methods then Freedom Thru Fitness is absolutely the program for you.

    Fully customized workout program delivered through my proprietary app Every exercise is linked to a video demonstration. Fully customized nutrition plan based on your specific goals PDF nutrition guide and onboarding packet Access to our private Facebook group where you can share success stories, post pics of your transformation and chat with other members of Weekly check-ins Monthly one-on-one virtual meetings TWO ADDITIONAL BONUSES: - A copy of my Nutritional Guidelines in which I share all of the tips and strategies that detail how I eat in order to stay shredded year round! - A supplemental bodyweight only workout that I developed to help those who temporarily lost access to their gym or to use on vacation.
  • Is the Freedom Thru Fitness Program a good fit for me?
    If you’re looking for a straight to the point, no-nonsense workout that focuses on quality programming and not fancy bells and whistles, then yes, this is the program for you. While geared more towards intermediate to advanced exercises looking to take their training to the next level, the program is scalable for beginners. It’s for anyone who wants to get lean, build muscle, transform your body, and stay fit year round. If you are committed to achieving your fitness goals and ready to get in the best shape of your life, you will find the success you are seeking here.
  • How many days per week does the Freedom Thru Fitness Program require and how long do the workouts take?
    The program is designed around the exact same training schedule I follow. The suggested schedule is 5 days on followed by 2 rest days. However, we can modify the training schedule to fit your specific needs. The only thing that is a must is that you be willing to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week of weight training. The average workout time is 60-90 minutes, but may take a bit shorter or longer depending on your experience and training environment. As mentioned earlier, the Freedom Thru Fitness Program is not a BS quick-fix. If you truly want to see notable results you’ll need to put the time in the gym
  • What equipment do I need?
    Must Have: Barbell, Dumbbells, Weight Plates, Adjustable Bench, Pull Up Bar Highly Recommended: Kettlebells, Squat Rack| Hex Bar | *Battlerope* | *Slam Balls* | *Heavy* or Standard Jump Rope *These are not featured as frequently as traditional equipment like dumbbells, barbells, etc., however they are difficult to replicate without the specific equipment and thus fall into the “highly recommended category.”
  • Do I have to start the program at the beginning of the month?
    Nope. Once you register you can immediately log in to your app and we will pick a start date. Once the start date is selected your programming will be loaded into the app and scheduled in 4 week intervals.
  • Do you customize the training program or nutritional guidelines to my individual needs?
    Yes. We customize every nutrition plan and workout program to each individuals specific needs based on their current height, weight, age, goals, exercise experience, and equipment available. The Nutritional Guidelines include: All of the tips, recommendations, and nutritional strategies that I follow. Psychological components for success. Protein intake recommendation. A list of foods to consume broken down by: Proteins / Healthy Fats / Carbohydrates A list of foods to avoid. A sample typical day of eating for me. My pre and post-workout nutrition habits.
  • Is there an app for the Freedom Thru Fitness program?
    Yes. You entire programming will be set up in the app with instructional videos for each exercise making it super simple to get in the gym and progress through your workout, even if you don’t have experience.
  • Can I change my monthly subscription plan to a different plan after I sign up?
    The standard program is 16 weeks. This can be paid in fully or monthly over the 4 months. You can subscribe for a lower monthly fee after the initial 16 weeks if you want to continue to have access to the app and my programming. After the initial 16 weeks you are free to cancel or change your subscription any time.
  • What if I decide the Freedom Thru Fitness Program is not for me and I want to cancel?
    As much as I’d hate to lose you, I’ve made it very easy to cancel after the initial 16 weeks. Simply email us and we will take care of getting you canceled.
